Faculty/Staff Resources and Forms

Site Visit Funding

Faculty or staff who wish to apply for funding for a site visit to develop a new or existing education abroad program must submit a Site Visit Application Form

The applications are due November 1 or April 1 of every year for the succeeding term. The Global Learning Fee Committee approves funding based on the strength of the application.

Upon return, the faculty/staff must complete the Site Visit Report Form

Global Community Engagement Application

Faculty program directors are encouraged to incorporate a global community engagement component into their education abroad program. For consideration, submit the Global Community Engagement Form.

Service Verification Form

Students who receive a Global Learning Scholarship must complete some act of service in exchange for the scholarship. It is the responsibility of the faculty/staff program director to verify that education abroad students have completed the global service requirement using the Service Verification Form (available in the Volunteer Kennessaw offices in the Carmichael Student Center). Failure to complete and verify the service requirement results in a hold placed on the student’s Kennesaw State University records.
