International Visitors Bureau

IGI is in the early stages of creating an International Visitors Bureau (IVB) to better leverage visits by high-profile international guests.  IVBs are common among internationalization institutes/offices, and allow all campus stakeholders the opportunity to engage with important international visitors.

The International Visitors Bureau will systematically notify all colleges of upcoming international visitors and facilitate individual meetings if desired (according to the availability of the visitor and his or her host department/college). Whenever possible, IGI will also host an open reception for the international visitors. Any member of the campus community will be welcome to meet and speak informally with our guests.

This website will centralize news and communications related to such visits for the benefit of internationalization efforts.  When appropriate, these visits will also be coordinated with the Office of the President and in consultation with Kennesaw State University's Chief of Protocol, Ms. Lynda Johnson.

Ms. Vivian Bonilla will coordinate communications regarding international visitors to KSU and opportunities for you and your faculty to engage with these guests through individual meetings or open reception events.  Please contact Vivian if you have any questions or concerns.  We look forward to working with you and your staffs to better utilize the international visitors who come to our campus.
