Kennesaw State University offers more than 50 faculty-led study abroad programs in over 40 countries, as well as many foreign exchange and international internship opportunities. Regardless of what field of study or country you are passionate about, there is an education abroad program for you! 

Join us for International Education Week 2018! 

International Education Week (IEW), November 12-16, 2018 is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

    You Have Questions About Studying Abroad...We Have Answers! 
    This session will go over: different types of education abroad programs, why students should study abroad, recommended steps for students wishing to apply to study abroad, & how students should prepare to go abroad.

    Passport Day at KSU 

    The Education Abroad Office has partnered with the Atlanta Passport Agency so that you can renew your passport or apply for the first time from the convenience of the Education Abroad Office at KSU! This event is open to KSU students, faculty, staff, and the community!
    Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
    Location: The Education Abroad Office
    *We will be accepting walk-ins from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, however, appointments will be given priority.

    Career Workshop: Market your Education Abroad Experience

    Come learn how to market your education abroad experience on your resume, cover letter, and in an interview.
    Bring your resumes if you have them, but they are not required.
    Time: 1:30 - 2:30 pm

    Scholarships for Study Abroad

    There are many options available to help fund your education abroad experience, including traditional financial aid and countless scholarship opportunities. Join us at this workshop to learn more about finding scholarships to help fund your study abroad plans! You'll also hear about the scholarship application experience from scholarship alumni!

    What's Next? Going Abroad After Graduation

    You studied abroad and graduated from college. What’s next?
    Join us at this workshop to explore ways that you can go abroad after you graduate! One of our very own coordinators will share her experiences teaching in Japan with the JET program!
