When is registration?
Registration for the Education Abroad Fair will be open until October 20th or until full. Be sure to register early because space is limited.
How much does registration cost?
There is no charge for KSU faculty or partners to exhibit this year.
How do I register for the fair?
KSU Faculty and other exhibitors (KSU departments, other University System of Georgia Schools, non-USG institutions, and third-party providers) can register on our registration pages.
When is set up?
Kennesaw Campus: You may bring your materials to the University Rooms in the Carmichael Student Center starting at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
Marietta Campus: You may bring your materials to the Joe Mack Wilson Student Center starting at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
How can I make my booth stand out?
The Education Abroad Office has put together a handy guide of Tips for the Fair, which includes strategies you can use to increase traffic to your exhibit.
Booth Contest: The Education Abroad Office will offer a prize for the most creative booth at the fair. We encourage you to design a booth that really stands out.
Where is the Carmichael Student Center?
Kennesaw State University is located in Cobb County, 20 minutes north of Atlanta on I-75. Take the Chastain Road Exit (number 271).
If traveling northbound, turn left. Go to the third light and turn right onto Kennesaw State University Drive.
If traveling southbound, take a right off the interstate, and then turn right at the second light on Kennesaw State University Drive.
Continue straight on Kennesaw State University Drive for about one-tenth of a mile and park in Visitor Parking in front of the Carmichael Student Center.
Are There Hotels Near Campus?Yes. The KSU Athletic Department maintains a listing of nearby hotels and motels.
Covid-19 Event Guidelines
- Masks are encouraged for indoor activities, regardless of vaccination status.
- Students, Faculty, and Staff hosting an event are encouraged to model the face covering policy to cultivate compliance amongst event attendees.
- We will display signage encouraging participants to wear a face covering. Masks will be provided at entry points.
