Exhibiting at the Education Abroad Fair is a great way to get students excited about your programs. The students at the event have already taken their first steps toward studying abroad. Help them get the rest of the way!

Below you will find information on how to register for the Education Abroad Fair, a breakdown of the registration fee, and some advice on how to increase traffic to your exhibit space.

When is Registration?

Registration for the Education Abroad Fair will be open until September 19 or until full.

Be sure to register early because space is limited.

How Much Does Registration Cost?

For all exhibitors – except Kennesaw State faculty and departments – registration costs $125 per person.

The fee covers:

  • Marketing and Promotion of Fair
  • Parking (Student Center Visitor Lot)
  • Registration Packet
  • Six-Foot Long Table (with Chair)
  • Continental Breakfast and Coffee
  • Lunch Provided
  • Wi-Fi Access

KSU Faculty: There is no charge for KSU faculty to exhibit. Lunch (optional) is $15.

How Do I Register for the Fair?

Exhibitor registration is now closed. 

KSU Faculty and other exhibitors (KSU departments, other University System of Georgia Schools, non-USG institutions, and third-party providers) can register using the buttons below.

Only KSU faculty should use the faculty registration page. Other KSU departments use the exhibitor link.

When Can We Set Up Our Booth?

Kennesaw Campus: You may bring your materials to the University Rooms in the Carmichael Student Center starting at 8:30 am on the day of the event.

Marietta Campus: You may bring your materials to the Joe Mack Wilson Student Center starting at 9:30 am on the day of the event.

What Can I Do to Make My Booth Stand Out?

The Education Abroad Office has put together a handy guide of Tips for the Fair, which includes strategies you can use to increase traffic to your exhibit.

Booth Contest!

The Education Abroad Office is giving a prize for the most creative booth at the fair. We encourage you to design a booth that really stands out.

Where is the Carmichael Student Center?

Kennesaw State University is located in Cobb County, 20 minutes north of Atlanta on I-75. Take the Chastain Road Exit (number 271).

  • If traveling northbound, turn left. Go to the third light and turn right onto Kennesaw State University Drive.

  • If traveling southbound, take a right off the interstate, and then turn right at the second light on Kennesaw State University Drive.

Continue straight on Kennesaw State University Drive for about one-tenth of a mile and park in Visitor Parking in front of the Carmichael Student Center.
