Celebrate International Education at KSU November 13 - 17!

International Education Week (IEW) is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

Each year, Global Education collaborates across campus to bring the KSU community a schedule of engaging events and activities for International Education Week.

    Exhibition - Arts as Activism: Social Justice & Sustainability 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily
    Zuckerman Museum of Arts - Fine Arts Gallery    		 The "Art as Activism: Social Justice and Sustainability" exhibition was created by two 2020 Distinguished United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Ambassadors as a creative way to progress towards social justice locally and around the world. This initiative gives community members the platform to share what social issues are most important to them (SDG 10) while helping to decrease the carbon footprint of the area by diverting waste from landfills (SDG 12). All of the works in this exhibit have two things in common: they are made from sustainable materials and themed around social issues.
