Notices of Filing of Labor Condition Application

In accordance with 20 CFR § 655.734: Kennesaw State University (KSU) is providing notice that H-1B workers are being sought for the occupations and worksites below. All notices of filing below shall remain publicly posted online for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive calendar days.                      

A copy of the filed Labor Condition Application (LCA) and the required supporting documentation are contained in public access files, which are available for public inspection within one working day after the date on which the LCA is filed with the Department of Labor.  The files are available at the address below.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.

Relevant information about all LCA forms filed by KSU are available for public examination at the U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Room N-4456, Washington, DC 20210.

 

1/19/2023 - Lecturer of Physics

Kennesaw State University is filing a Labor Condition Application (“LCA”) seeking employment of one H-1B nonimmigrant.  This Notice is filed with regard to a 090 three-digit occupational group code.  Specifically, the posting notice is filed with regard to the position of Lecturer of Physics, and offering a wage of $60,000.00 per year. The period of employment for which this worker is being sought is from July 20, 2023 to July 19, 2026. The places of employment will be at the employer’s campuses in Marietta, Georgia, and in Kennesaw, Georgia.  The LCA is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business in Kennesaw, Georgia.

The period of employment for which this worker is being sought is from January 31, 2023 to January 30, 2026.  The places of employment will be at the employer’s campuses in Kennesaw, Georgia and in Marietta, Georgia.  The LCA is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business in Kennesaw, Georgia.
