Notices of Filing of Labor Condition Application

In accordance with 20 CFR § 655.734: Kennesaw State University (KSU) is providing notice that H-1B workers are being sought for the occupations and worksites below. All notices of filing below shall remain publicly posted online for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive calendar days.                      

A copy of the filed Labor Condition Application (LCA) and the required supporting documentation are contained in public access files, which are available for public inspection within one working day after the date on which the LCA is filed with the Department of Labor.
