Isabel Rimanoczy, Ed.D. has made it her life purpose to promote change accelerators. Aware of the complex challenges our planet (and us in it) are facing, she works alongside those who can make an impact on a greater scale.

An Executive Coach and facilitator of Leadership Workshops for over 30 years, she has created LEAP!, a network of business school professors interested in developing a new mindset with their students. She is a Consultant in Sustainability Education, and coordinates the PRME Working Group on Sustainability Mindset, a UN Global Compact supported initiative to promote a paradigmatic shift.

She is a Scholar of the Schumacher Institute, a Sustainability Education Advisor for OPEN and the Global Academic Ambassador for AIM2Flourish, the international initiative to promote businesses as agents of world benefit by teaching 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Senior Partner at LIM LLC, she has been a blogger for the Huffington Post and is the author of several books, among others: BIG BANG BEING: Developing the Sustainability Mindset and Stop Teaching: Principles and Practices for Responsible Management Education’.

She gave a 2016 TEDx Talk at Nova Southeastern University, where she was a Scholar in Residence. She is the Founder and Director of MINERVAS, Women Changing the World, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that supports women making a difference. In 2018 she was awarded the First Women Servant Leadership Award, by Gratia Christian College, Hong Kong.
